Job Summary
We are looking for a agile, target-driven,
and results-oriented Sales Team Lead to lead and motivate a team of sales executives in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent communication and leadership skills, and experience in driving revenue growth in the EdTech, education, or related industries.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, monitoring team performance, coaching sales representatives, improving conversion rates, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
