Role Description The Sales Manager role at AGLO Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for workspace greening, green walls, and plant rental services,



as well as managing and growing existing client accounts. Day-to-day activities include meeting with corporate clients and architects, conducting site visits, preparing proposals and quotations, delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with operations and horticulture teams to ensure accurate scoping, timely delivery, and high service quality, while tracking sales performance and reporting on key metrics. The Sales Manager will contribute to sales planning, participate in marketing initiatives and events, and maintain a solid pipeline through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
