Key Responsibilities• Handle daily accounting entries in Tally Prime.
• Maintain sales, purchase, payment and receipt records.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare GST, TDS and other statutory compliance data.
• Manage vendor and distributor accounts.
• Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
• Verify invoices, expenses and payment vouchers.
• Prepare monthly MIS and accounting reports.
• Assist in monthly closing and audits.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Required Skills• Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS and accounting principles.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing preferred.
