Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Business Analyst to translate business requirements into actionable insights and analytical solutions. The role will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to develop dashboards, monitor key performance indicators, identify business improvement opportunities, and support data-led decision-making.
The ideal candidate will combine robust analytical capabilities with business acumen and stakeholder management skills to drive measurable business outcomes through reporting, analytics, process improvement, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
• Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Engage with business and technology stakeholders to understand business challenges, gather requirements, document functional specifications, and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Business Intelligence & Reporting: Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, or MicroStrategy to enable effective business performance monitoring.
• Data Analysis & Insights:



Use SQL and Python to analyze large datasets, identify trends and performance gaps, investigate root causes, and generate actionable recommendations.
• KPI & Performance Management: Define, track, and monitor business KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and meaningful interpretation of results.
• Business Problem-Solving: Identify opportunities to improve business performance, operational efficiency, and decision-making through structured analysis and data-backed recommendations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with business, product, data, and technology teams to translate business needs into scalable analytical solutions and support effective implementation.
