Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District, responsible for driving business growth for NAVPAD METAL’s metal products and solutions.



This role involves identifying and qualifying new leads, managing customer accounts, and promoting the company’s product range across targeted industries. The specialist will conduct market research, prepare and present proposals, coordinate quotations, and follow up to convert opportunities into successful orders. Daily responsibilities include maintaining solid customer relationships, handling inquiries, supporting after-sales service, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role also includes planning and executing sales and marketing activities, participating in client visits and industry events, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts.
