Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Coimbatore. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, and support revenue growth for the company’s technology and training services.



Daily responsibilities include researching potential clients, generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting solutions aligned with client needs. The role also involves managing client accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, coordinating with internal teams to deliver services, and tracking performance using CRM or sales tools. The Business Development Executive will prepare proposals, reports, and presentations, contribute to sales strategies, and represent the company at events or meetings when required.
Qualifications

• Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation through research, outreach, and pipeline management.
• Strong Business and Account Management skills to nurture client relationships and support long-term partnerships.
