About Onemetric

OneMetric (formerly Growtomation) is a revenue enablement partner for B2B teams. We build revenue engines end to end: the systems and data the teams run on, the GTM execution that turns them into demand, closed deals, and retention, and the AI that makes the whole engine faster and smarter.
As an Elite HubSpot Partner, we work with high-growth companies across the US and globally, and we start with the real revenue problem, not the tool. Most companies buy these three pieces from three different vendors, then wonder why nothing connects. We run them as one.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our quick-growing team and bring our brand to life across every channel. From social media and sales collaterals to landing pages, website pages, whitepapers, and case studies—you’ll be the creative force that makes our marketing stand out.

What you'll do :
As the go-to design partner for the marketing team, your daily work will revolve around supporting and shaping everything visual:

• Design for campaigns & events:

Create assets for both offline events (booth designs, standees, banners, merch, handouts) and online presence (social posts, digital ads, email graphics, landing pages).
• Sales enablement materials: Develop sleek sales decks, brochures, one-pagers, and case study layouts that make our messaging resonate with prospects.
• Content design: Elevate long-form content like whitepapers, guides, and reports into visually engaging and easy-to-digest formats.
• Web & landing page visuals: Collaborate with marketing to design and refine website pages, landing page layouts, and visual elements in tools like Figma.
• Brand consistency & evolution: Ensure all outputs align with brand standards while also contributing to the ongoing revamp of our branding guidelines.
• Quick-turn requests: Handle day-to-day design asks from the marketing team (social media graphics, campaign visuals, event invites, templates) with speed and creativity.
• Trendspotting
