Role Description The Area Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Thane, responsible for overseeing youth programs and operational activities within an assigned area. Day-to-day tasks include supervising program staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that activities are delivered safely and effectively. The Area Manager will monitor program performance, manage budgets and resources,



and maintain compliance with organizational policies and local regulations. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with schools, community partners, and families to support youth participation and engagement. The Area Manager will also handle reporting, documentation, and regular updates to senior leadership, while identifying opportunities to improve services and expand outreach.
