About Position:
Placement is responsible for building and maintaining solid corporate partnerships to enhance student placement opportunities.



The role focuses on driving employer engagement, managing the end-to-end placement process, organizing recruitment initiatives, providing career support to students, and strengthening Jetking's employer brand through strategic networking and industry collaborations.

Responsibilities:
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing corporate partners to generate placement opportunities for students.
 Manage the complete placement process, including job postings, student applications, interview coordination, and placement tracking.
 Maintain and update student placement records, alumni database, and historical placement data for effective reporting and analysis.
 Build and engage an active alumni network to create mentoring, networking, and employment opportunities for students.
 Plan, organize, and execute campus recruitment drives, job fairs, employer connect program
