Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Panipat or Karnal for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role involves supporting dealership operations by ensuring effective workforce planning, talent development, training coordination, and employee retention initiatives.





The HR Manager will work closely with departmental heads across Sales, Service, Body Shop, Parts, and Administration to align HR practices with business objectives, improve employee productivity, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and selection processes across dealership functions.
- Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and confirmation processes.
- Implement performance management systems and employee development plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate training and skill development programs for dealership staff.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Maintain HR records, attendance, payroll inputs, and employee documentation.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Generate HR reports and provide workforce insights to management.
