Job Description
Somaya Sampat is looking for an experienced Project Manager for an on-site position in Vizag. The role involves managing the construction stage of architectural and interior projects and coordinating closely with design teams, consultants, contractors, PMC and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Establish and monitor project schedules, key milestones and site progress.
• Ensure architectural and interior works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and design intent.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, PMC and the design team.
• Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.
• Identify and resolve site-related coordination and execution issues.
• Monitor quality, timelines and compliance with project requirements.
• Assist with procurement and tender-related coordination where required.
• Maintain project documentation,



progress reports and site records.
• Ensure adherence to specifications, construction standards and site protocols.
• Manage risks and facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in site and project management.
• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• PMP / PGDM / DBM or equivalent project management qualification will be an added advantage.
• Robust construction-stage experience in architectural and interior projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of project management, tendering, specifications and site execution.
• Excellent coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Candidate must be willing to work full-time on-site in Vizag.
