Job Summary
House Construct is hiring an experienced HR Head whose primary responsibility will be recruitment for our real estate and construction business. The role involves leading the complete hiring process, from site labour and supervisors to engineers, sales teams, and senior management, while ensuring every vacancy is filled on time.

Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
• Manage the complete hiring cycle, including manpower planning, job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Recruit for positions across the business, from labour, supervisors, and site engineers to project managers, sales teams, and senior management.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for sales executives, relationship managers, channel partners, site staff, and back-office roles.




• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment consultants, contractors' networks, campus drives, and walk-in interviews.
• Handle bulk and urgent hiring for recent projects and sites while maintaining candidate quality.
• Negotiate salaries, close offers, and reduce offer drop-offs.

2. Recruitment Team Leadership
• Set individual hiring targets for recruiters and track performance weekly and monthly.
• Coach and train recruiters in sourcing, screening, and candidate closure.
• Review recruitment progress with department heads and agree on hiring priorities.
• Link recruiter incentives to positions filled and quality of hire.

3. Recruitment Process and Reporting
• Reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire while maintaining candidate quality.
