About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategically minded India Operational Marketing Manager to accelerate Infineum's growth ambitions in one of the world's most dynamic mobility markets.

This role combines the responsibilities of an Operational Marketing Manager (OMM) and Product Manager for India Market, into a single market-facing position. The successful candidate will act as the primary interface between India's market opportunities, customer growth plans and portfolio strategy in close collaboration with the HSM and TMs (Enabling and deployment).

You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, shaping portfolio strategy and driving execution across multiple stakeholders. The role requires solid commercial acumen, technical credibility, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence across organizational boundaries.





Key Responsibilities

Drive India Growth Strategy : Develop and execute India's 3–5 year growth strategy aligned with "Enabling Electrification" strategy

• Identify and prioritize opportunities that deliver profitable growth and increased share of wallet with key customers.
• Build and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline across MTF, ATF, e-fluids, AGO and offroad.
• Work closely with Sales, Technology and Strategic Marketing to convert opportunities into commercial success.

Own Portfolio Deployment and Lifecycle Management

• Develop country-specific portfolio strategies aligned with market needs.
• Identify portfolio gaps and recommend claim extensions, new developments or customer-specific solutions.
• Manage product lifecycle activities including commercialization, optimization and de-commercialization.
• Ensure alignment between customer needs, business priorities and portfolio decisions.
