Role Description The Loan Officer will work full time on-site at the Pune location, engaging with prospective and existing customers to understand their financing needs and recommend suitable loan products. Daily responsibilities include assessing loan applications, collecting and verifying documentation, conducting preliminary credit evaluations, and preparing files for underwriting.



The role involves coordinating with banks and financial institutions, explaining product features and terms, and guiding customers through the loan origination process from inquiry to disbursal. The Loan Officer will also maintain accurate records in internal systems, follow compliance and risk guidelines, and support ongoing relationship management to ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications

• Expertise in loan-focused roles, including experience as a Loan Officer and familiarity with loan origination processes.
• Solid foundation in Finance, with the ability to interpret financial data and understand lending criteria.
• Knowledge of Underwriting principles and documentation requirements to support accurate and compliant loan processing.
