The Head – NBFC Operations (LAS) will be responsible for leading enterprise-wide operational management, transaction processing, servicing governance, and control frameworks for the NBFC business of Nuvama Group with primary focus on Loan Against Securities (LAS) products.
The role will act as a strategic operations leader supporting lending business growth through seamless onboarding, loan processing, collateral management, pledge operations, disbursements, servicing, collections support, reconciliations, and operational governance while ensuring regulatory compliance, operational scalability, and superior client experience.
The incumbent will oversee end-to-end operational lifecycle management across LAS products including customer onboarding, KYC/AML operations, credit documentation, collateral creation, lien marking, margin monitoring support, disbursements, repayment processing, customer servicing, closure processing, reconciliations, and operational risk controls.
The role will ensure operational efficiency, process standardization, regulatory adherence, operational resilience,



and automation readiness while supporting scalable growth of the secured lending business.
