Role Description The Client Servicing Manager (Paid Media) is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves managing day-to-day relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, and translating them into effective paid media strategies and campaigns. The individual will coordinate with internal performance marketing, creative,



and analytics teams to plan, execute, optimize, and report on paid media initiatives across platforms. Responsibilities include leading client meetings, preparing campaign performance reports, ensuring timely delivery of media plans and assets, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve results and client satisfaction. The role also requires handling escalations professionally, maintaining transparent communication, and ensuring alignment between client expectations and internal delivery.
Qualifications
