ABOUT FINTECH CLOUD

Fintech Cloud is a lending technology and operations platform. We run the origination, underwriting and servicing infrastructure for RBI-registered NBFC partners, and operate the consumer lending brands they lend through. The business is growing quickly, in both partner count and marketing investment.

This role is part of the marketing function being built to support that growth. It reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and is hands-on from day one, with scope to build a team as the function expands.

THE ROLE

We run performance marketing across a portfolio of consumer lending brands, each with its own lending partner and its own systems. This role builds the measurement layer that ties marketing spend to loan outcomes, and owns the commercial numbers the function is judged on.



It is a build role rather than a reporting one.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• The marketing data layer, bringing partner data into a single warehouse with a consistent schema so performance is comparable across brands and lenders.

• Server-side tracking and offline conversion imports, so Google and Meta optimise toward funded loans rather than form fills.

• Cost per disbursal by channel, brand, lender and geography, which is the primary commercial metric for the function.

• Approval rate and repeat-borrower analysis by acquisition source, and the reporting that supports partner-level governance.

• Dashboards that marketing, finance and the credit team all trust and use.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Deep experience with GA4, server-side GTM, and conversion APIs for Google and Meta.

• SQL fluency and hands-on work with a cloud warehouse such as BigQuery or Snowflake.
