Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Office Executive/Duty Manager role based at Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur. The role involves overseeing front office operations, including guest check-in and check-out, reservations handling, and managing reception desk procedures. The individual will respond to guest inquiries, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, and ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to service standards. Responsibilities also include handling guest feedback,



resolving service issues, supervising front office staff during the shift, and maintaining accurate records and reports. The role requires a skilled, courteous presence in the lobby and a consistent focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Front Office and Receptionist Duties skills, including check-in/check-out, reservations management, and lobby supervision.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle queries, complaints, and special requests in a calm and solution-oriented manner.
• Hotel management or hospitality-related education or certification is preferred.
