Introduction & Summary

The Senior BMC Helix Developer will provide strong hands-on development and RUN expertise to facilitate the transition, Knowledge Transfer, and internalization of BMC Helix ITSM capabilities. The role requires close collaboration with key technical personnel to ensure platform stability and high-quality development while enhancing the technical autonomy of the team.

Main Responsibilities

Core responsibilities include:

• Participating in technical Knowledge Transfer and reversibility activities.
• Providing L3 technical support for the BMC Helix ITSM platform.
• Delivering technical developments from the ITSM backlog, including bug fixes and enhancements.
• Developing and maintaining solutions across BMC Helix ITSM.
• Contributing to ITSM transformation initiatives and project deliveries.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in BMC Remedy/BMC Helix development.




• Proven experience in Senior BMC Helix Developer roles with strong RUN support expertise.
• Depth of knowledge in BMC Helix ITSM and associated tools.
• Strong skills in Digital Workplace, Service Catalogue, CMDB, and ITSM workflows.
• Experience with REST APIs and integrations.
• Expertise in L3 incident resolution and debugging.
• Capability to deliver backlog enhancements and project developments.
• Proficient in English communication and technical documentation.

Nice to Have

• Experience with BMC Helix SaaS and related tools.
• Knowledge of CMDB automation and data integrations.
• Background in ITSM transformation and legacy BMC modernization.
• ITIL certification.
