Role Description The Real Estate Consultant role at Brickfolio Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The consultant will support clients through the end-to-end property transaction cycle, including identifying suitable residential and commercial properties, conducting site visits,



explaining project features, and guiding clients through documentation and closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a portfolio of listings, generating and qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, investors, and corporate clients. The role also involves market research, monitoring local real estate trends, coordinating with internal teams and developers, and ensuring high standards of client service.
