Executive Overview AIS Technolabs is a rapidly expanding technology and IT services firm delivering end-to-end solutions across AI/ML, custom software development, mobile/web applications, cloud, CRM, MVP product development, and enterprise digital transformation. As part of our aggressive expansion into the U.S. market, we are transitioning from an inbound and portal-bidding model to a proactive, highly targeted, account-based demand-generation engine. We have an established Business Development Representative (BDR) team actively running outreach (LinkedIn messaging, cold email, data enrichment via Apollo.io, CRM workflows). We are now hiring the strategic growth architect who will design, optimize, and power the engine behind that team. 2. Core Objective & Role Philosophy This is NOT a traditional SDR/BDR, cold caller, social media manager, or generic digital marketing role. We are looking for a hands-on GTM operator and pipeline builder who owns the following strategic chain endto-end:

Key Responsibilities 1. U.S. Market & ICP Strategy • Define and continuously refine AIS Technolabs' Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for the U.S. market segment. • Segment accounts based on company size, funding stage, tech stack, hiring velocity, business model, and active buying intent. • Identify key U.S. C-suite and VP-level decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, VP of Engineering, VP of Product, Digital Transformation Leaders). 2. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & Intent Workflows • Design and execute high-touch U.S. ABM campaigns using platforms like Apollo.io,
