AI/ML integration for Biomolecular system (AI guided DNA(Aptamer)/RNA(Aptamer)/peptide/antibody prediction for high affinity interaction targeted with DNA/RANA/proteins). Theoretical/computational biophysical chemistry knowledge is also desirable (MD simulation, enhanced sampling, docking simulations, etc.)
• Essential Qualifications: A candidate should have first class or high second class in B.Sc. & M.Sc. degrees in Chemistry/Physics/Biotechnology/Computer science or any other relevant subject areas with minimum average marks of 55% and has obtained a Ph.D. degree or submitted thesis recently. Candidate should have research experience supported by publications in peer-reviewed journals in the field of AI/ML integration for Biomolecular systems. Knowledge of theoretical/computational physical chemistry, preferably in the area of biophysical chemistry is desirable.
