Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to drive the brand's always-on social presence, social campaigns, content marketing initiatives, and influencer & advocacy programs. The role requires a robust understanding of social platforms, content ecosystems, digital culture, and emerging trends to help build an engaging and impactful brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the brand's presence across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, and emerging channels.
• Own and oversee the always-on social media charter in collaboration with creative, content, and social agencies.
• Execute social-first campaigns and content initiatives aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Manage the Influencer & Advocacy (I&A;) program, including influencer identification, partnerships, creator collaborations, employee advocacy, and performance tracking in collaboration with agencies.
• Work closely with PR and Corporate Communications team to amplify key narratives, announcements,



and reputation-building initiatives through social channels.
• Partner with agencies to develop and deliver engaging content, ensuring consistency in brand voice, quality, and timeliness.
• Develop content plans and social calendars, balancing brand storytelling, cultural relevance, engagement, and business goals.
• Continuously monitor social trends, platform changes, creator ecosystems, and consumer conversations to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
• Analyse campaign and platform performance, derive actionable insights, and recommend improvements based on data and learnings.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Brand, PR, Corporate Communications, Creative, and Performance Marketing.

Desired Candidate Profile
• 8+ years of experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of all major social media platforms, content formats, platform algorithms, and social
