Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced US TA Lead with robust expertise in US staffing and IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment, closing niche technology positions, and leading recruitment teams while actively contributing to sourcing and hiring closures.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for US technology and professional staffing requirements.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
• Demonstrate strong hands-on experience in US staffing and IT recruitment, with a proven track record of closing positions within tight timelines.
• Understand US employment models, including W2, C2C, 1099,



and Full-Time/Direct Hire.
• Maintain a good understanding of US work authorization categories, including US Citizens, Green Card holders, H-1B, H-4 EAD, L-2 EAD, and OPT/CPT.
• Recruit across major US markets and coordinate effectively with stakeholders across EST and CST time zones.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of US-based talent for niche and hard-to-fill technology positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand job requirements, talent availability, compensation, and hiring timelines.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, pay rates, competitor hiring trends, and location-specific challenges.
• Improve candidate engagement and manage offer acceptance, offer-to-join ratios, candidate dropouts, and counteroffers.
• Track recruitment metrics, including submissions, interviews, selections, closures, ageing, and turnaround time.
