Responsibilities

• Assist the CEO in managing daily schedules, calendars, appointments, and meeting coordination.
• Support email management,



correspondence handling, and follow-up on important communications.
• Prepare meeting agendas, notes, action items, and progress trackers.
• Conduct research on business opportunities, industry trends, competitors, and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, proposals, and business documents for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with various departments to track projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Help organize virtual meetings, events, webinars, and executive engagements.
• Maintain confidential records, documents, and executive information.
• Assist in managing task priorities and ensuring timely completion of assigned activities.
• Support the CEO in administrative, operational, and strategic projects as required.
