Role Description The Sales Employee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. The person in this role will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct client meetings and product demonstrations, and present Zelorich’s software and technology solutions to prospective customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline,



preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads, and maintaining solid relationships with existing clients to support renewals and upselling. The Sales Employee will collaborate closely with the technical and product teams to understand solution capabilities, gather client requirements, and ensure accurate communication of value propositions. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, tracking sales performance, and contributing to sales strategies and market feedback.
