We’re looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive business growth and expand our market presence in the instrumentation and sensor industry.

Job Responsibility
• Proactively drive sales and develop recent business accounts for Omicron’s instrumentation product range, including Pressure, Temperature, Level Sensors, HVAC/BMS Sensors, Air Quality Sensors, and Water Quality Sensors.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with HVAC/BMS consultants, contractors, OEMs, system integrators, and end-users.
• Identify potential customers, explore new markets, and generate qualified business leads.
• Handle lead generation, client meetings, technical discussions, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
• Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Represent Omicron Sensing at industry exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events.

Requirements




• BE/BTech in Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
• Relevant experience in sales and business development within the HVAC, BMS, or instrumentation industry.
• Proven experience in selling sensors, instrumentation products, or related technical solutions.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid customer relationship management and business development capabilities.
• A proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities and convert leads into business.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and onsite.
