Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, result-oriented professional who can take ownership, build strong client
relationships, and help us grow into a larger and more professionally managed organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Business Growth & Expansion: Identify recent opportunities, grow revenue, expand service offerings
and enter new markets across MP & CG.
• Sales & Client Acquisition: Manage B2B sales, build a strong pipeline, handle tenders and proposals,
and develop lasting client relationships.
• Operations & Profitability: Improve service quality, optimize costs,



strengthen workforce management
and ensure contract profitability.
• Build & Lead Teams: Create a high-performing team and establish systems for scalable and
sustainable growth.
• Strategic Planning: Translate opportunities into actionable plans, track progress and drive execution.
Qualifications & Experience
• Education: Bachelor's degree (minimum qualification).
• Experience: 5 to 10 years in a relevant field (facility services, housekeeping, waste management or a
related industry).
• Entrepreneurial attitude or experience (including business ownership, co-founding or scaling a
business).
• Experience in B2B sales and business development.
• Strong understanding of contract management, pricing, labour costs and P&L.;
• Experience in managing multi-site operations, large teams and multiple client accounts.
• Proven track record of business growth, new contract acquisition or margin improvement
