Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hardware Engineer role based in Hyderabad. The Hardware Engineer will design, develop, and validate electronic hardware for motion control products and HVACR-related applications,



including BLDC and AC induction motor control systems. Responsibilities include creating and reviewing circuit schematics, selecting components, performing hardware simulations and analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing engineering. The role involves building and testing prototypes, conducting root-cause analysis for hardware issues, and supporting product certification, reliability, and compliance activities. The Hardware Engineer will also prepare documentation, participate in design reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of design practices and manufacturing processes.
