We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented professional to manage Modern Trade key accounts and act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for key retail partners, including All Scents, Broadway, Purplle, NewU, Health & Glow, Zen Zebra, Shopper Stop, Lifestyle, Reliance Trends, Centro, Azorte etc.
The role will be responsible for end-to-end account management, purchase order (PO) coordination, store-level execution, account onboarding, and building strong relationships with retail partners to drive sales growth and brand visibility across stores.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary SPOC for assigned Contemporary Trade accounts, managing day-to-day communication and coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key account teams, buyers, category managers, and store-level stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, supply chain, warehouse, finance, and marketing, to ensure smooth account operations.
• Track account performance, identify growth opportunities, and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Manage the end-to-end PO process,



from order receipt and validation to internal processing, dispatch coordination, and delivery follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of POs, sales, stock movement, pending orders, and outstanding issues.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor product availability, shelf placement, visibility, planogram compliance, and overall brand presence.
• Identify stock-outs, merchandising gaps, and store-level operational challenges, and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with store managers and retail staff to improve product visibility and execution.
• Drive onboarding of new Modern Trade accounts and retail partners from initial coordination through operational launch.
• Coordinate documentation, commercial terms, product listings, SKU creation, pricing, barcodes, and other onboarding requirements.
