We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Import / Export Documentation & Compliance Manager to join our team in Chandivali, Mumbai. This role is crucial for overseeing the complete end-to-end logistics, documentation, compliance, and dispatch processes related to international imports and exports, as well as domestic dispatches. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in import/export logistics and customs documentation, preferably in a manufacturing or trading workplace. Key Responsibilities include managing all documentation for international imports and exports, such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Delivery Challans, e-Way Bills, Draft Bills, Certificates of Origin, Shipping Bills, and customs checklists. You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance procedures for Domestic and SEZ sales, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete. In this execution-focused role, you will personally visit dispatch locations to inspect and participate in packing, loading, and dispatch operations.



Close coordination with ground staff is essential to ensure cargo integrity and correct order dispatch. Additionally, you will coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA partners, and courier agencies to secure competitive rates and ensure smooth bookings. The role also involves managing GST compliance related to dispatches, understanding DGFT regulations, AEO requirements, and other applicable government incentives. You will track shipment movements and coordinate directly with customers for delivery updates and timely payment follow-ups. Required skills include strong knowledge of MS Office, Google Drive management, customs/DGFT portals, and GST filing basics. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
