Role Description As a Community Manager, you will oversee resident and tenant engagement across Shivalik Group’s properties in Ahmedabad in a full-time, on-site capacity. You will manage day-to-day communication with community members, respond to inquiries and feedback, and organize events and initiatives that strengthen engagement and satisfaction. The role includes coordinating with internal teams and external partners,



maintaining active communication channels (such as in-person meetings, email, and social platforms), and collecting insights to improve community experience. You will monitor service quality at properties, support issue resolution with relevant departments, and ensure that community guidelines and standards are clearly communicated and upheld. The Community Manager will also prepare regular reports on engagement metrics and recommend improvements that align with Shivalik Group’s brand and values.
