Role Description The Team Leader Real Estate role is a full-time, in office position based in Noida. This role involves leading and mentoring a team of real estate advisors to achieve sales targets,



deliver high-quality client service, and maintain strong relationships with developers and channel partners. The Team Leader will oversee day-to-day brokerage operations, guide the team in commercial and residential property transactions, and ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, conducting regular training and coaching sessions, resolving escalations, and collaborating with management to develop and implement sales strategies. The role also requires staying informed about market trends, pricing, and new project launches to support effective advisory and client decision-making.
