About the Role
Kutch Copper Limited is seeking an experienced Shift In charge – Hydro to lead shift operations in the Precious Metal Refinery (PMR), with a focus on hydrometallurgical processes for the recovery and refining of gold and silver. The role is responsible for ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant plant operations while meeting production, quality, and recovery targets.
The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to hydrometallurgical processes, precious metal refining operations, process optimization, and team management within a continuous process industry environment.

Key Responsibilities

Production Operations
• Lead and monitor hydro refining operations during shift to ensure safe and uninterrupted production.
• Execute production plans and achieve shift-wise output, recovery, and quality targets.




• Coordinate manpower and resources for smooth plant operation.
• Monitor process parameters and take corrective actions to optimize performance.

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance metal recovery and operational efficiency.
• Drive initiatives to reduce waste, minimize losses, and improve resource utilization.
• Support debottlenecking and productivity enhancement projects.
• Participate in continuous improvement, digitalization, and operational excellence initiatives.

Quality Control & Product Recovery
• Ensure gold and silver refining activities meet defined quality specifications.
• Monitor sampling, testing, and process control activities.
• Investigate process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Focus on maximizing precious metal recovery and minimizing process losses.
