About the Job

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager with proven experience in software sales and business development across government and enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing effective sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

This role requires someone who understands the sales lifecycle for technical products and solutions, can translate customer requirements into business opportunities, and takes ownership of achieving and exceeding sales targets. We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven skilled who is comfortable taking calculated risks, navigating complex sales cycles, and converting opportunities into tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Revenue Generation
• Identify, develop, and pursue current business opportunities across government and enterprise segments.
• Generate and qualify leads through market research, networking, industry connections, tenders, partnerships,



and other relevant channels.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and effective conversion of opportunities into revenue.
• Take ownership of revenue generation, business growth, and the overall sales performance of the assigned territory or segment.

2. Government & Enterprise Sales
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, government departments, public sector undertakings (PSUs), enterprise customers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Identify customer needs, understand procurement processes, and navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Identify relevant government tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and enterprise opportunities, and coordinate the preparation of proposals, presentations, and commercial submissions.
