Role Description The Inside Sales Associate – B2C (Freshers) role at Crio.Do is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the associate will engage with prospective learners via calls, emails, and messages to understand their goals and explain Crio.Do’s programs and offerings. The associate will handle inbound and outbound leads, follow up diligently, and guide potential customers through the decision-making and enrollment process.



Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and providing clear, empathetic responses to inquiries. The role also involves meeting individual and team sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and representing Crio.Do’s values in every interaction.
Qualifications
• Ability to perform core inside sales activities, including explaining offerings, handling objections, and closing B2C deals.
• Skills in customer satisfaction and customer service to build trust, respond promptly, and provide a positive experience throughout the sales cycle.
• Experience or aptitude in lead generation, including qualifying prospects and nurturing leads through regular follow-ups.
• Basic account management skills to track learner interactions, update records, and support customers post-enrollment.
• Strong verbal and writt
