Role Description The Relationship Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Muzaffarpur.



The individual in this role will manage and grow relationships with customers, distribution partners, and local stakeholders, ensuring high-quality service and timely resolution of queries and claims-related issues. Daily responsibilities include promoting the company’s insurance products, supporting policy issuance and renewals, coordinating with internal teams for underwriting and servicing, and tracking portfolio performance. The Relationship Manager will engage in regular follow-ups, maintain accurate records of client interactions, and identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. The role also involves supporting branch-level business development activities, participating in local marketing initiatives, and adhering to regulatory and company compliance standards.
