MANAGER, MODERN TRADE & BTL BRAND ACTIVATIONS (CHENNAI)

Salary: Rs. 30,000 - 60,000 + High Incentives + TA/DA + PF/ESI

ROLE SUMMARY:
Looking for a Manager – Modern Trade & BTL Brand Activations who will own complete Chennai market. This is NOT just sales role. He/She will drive brand visibility & sales in Up-to-date Trade and own end-to-end BTL Activations – from Expo stall design to Apartment & In-Shop sampling. Must be ready for regular market visits & weekend activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Modern Trade Sales & Key Account Management (60%):
- Drive sales for all 5 products in Chennai Modern Trade.
- Manage Key Accounts: Reliance Smart, DMart, Lulu, Nilgiris, SPAR, More, etc.
- Handle MT KPIs: Primary/Secondary Sales, Stock, Expiry, Visibility, Shelf Share & Chiller availability for Ghee/Butter.




- Plan & execute In-store Promotions, Merchandising & Trade Marketing Campaigns.
- Lead, train & manage team of Sales Officers & Promoters.
- Track sales performance & ROI, analyze consumer & channel insights.

B. BTL Brand Activations & Expo Ownership - COMPLETE OWNER (40%):
- This person is FULL OWNER for stall design coordination & execution.
- Expo & Trade Fairs: End-to-end ownership - Brief to graphic designer, finalize 3D stall design, coordinate with fabrication vendor for stall production, branding, product display setup, pricing boards & on-spot sales execution.
- Apartment & Society Activities: Plan weekly calendar, get RWA permissions, arrange stall/table/kiosk, sampling kit (Ghee Dosa, Whitener Tea), leaflet distribution & drive on-spot sales.
- In-Shop Activations: Execute wet sampling, cooking demos, canopy events, POSM placement, promoter briefing.
- Localized Brand Programs: Society activations, door
