Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day Compliance advisory and oversight to the Investment Banking and research business across transactions, products and business initiatives.
• Advise on applicable SEBI Merchant Banking Regulations and SEBI Research Analysts Regulation related SEBI requirements, internal policies and compliance standards relevant to Investment Banking activities.
• Review proposed and live Investment Banking transactions from a Business Selection and Conflicts perspective and facilitate
