Role Description This is a full time, on-site Relationship Manager – Mortgage role based in Vadodara. The Relationship Manager – Mortgage is responsible for sourcing and managing mortgage loan customers, building and maintaining long-term relationships, and providing end-to-end assistance throughout the home loan process. Day-to-day tasks include identifying prospective customers,



explaining mortgage products and eligibility criteria, collecting documentation, coordinating with internal credit and operations teams, and ensuring timely loan processing and disbursal. The role involves achieving sales and portfolio quality targets, conducting regular follow-ups, resolving customer queries, and maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines. The Relationship Manager also collaborates with builders, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth in the Vadodara region.
Qualifications

• Strong customer relationship management abilities, including proactive communication, empathy, and service orientation.
• Sales and negotiation skills with experience in achieving targets, handling objections, and closing mortgage or retail banking deals.
