Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Patent Skilled / Patent Agent with 1+years of experience in handling patent prosecution matters in India . The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of patent laws and office action responses, along with experience attending hearings before the Indian Patent Office.
Key Responsibilities




• Draft and prosecute patent applications before the Indian Patent Office (IPO) .
• Prepare and respond to office actions, FERs, and other official communications.
• Attend hearings before the Indian Patent Office.
• Collaborate with inventors, in-house counsel, and foreign associates to ensure timely prosecution and strategic alignment.

Required Qualifications
• Registered Patent Agent with the Indian Patent Office.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in Indian patent prosecution.
• Strong technical understanding of inventions related to software, electronics, etc. (non-pharma).
• Experience attending and handling hearings before the IPO.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
