Role Description

The Creator Partnerships Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for
identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with travel influencers and content creators. In this role, the manager will source and evaluate potential partners, manage outreach campaigns, negotiate collaboration terms,



and coordinate ongoing influencer activities across social platforms. The role involves closely monitoring campaign performance, tracking key metrics, and sharing insights to optimize future partnerships. The manager will collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align influencer initiatives with brand goals, ensure smooth execution of creator-led campaigns, and support creators in effectively using Alike’s platform. Regular tasks include maintaining an organized partnerships pipeline, handling day-to-day communication with influencers, and representing Alike professionally at relevant industry events and networking opportunities.
