Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a highly motivated People & Culture Manager to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze existing workflows to design, propose, and implement major process improvements.
• Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
• Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and training to junior team members.
• Design and execute initiatives to boost remote team engagement and morale.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to staff regarding HR policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing sensitive and confidential employee relations cases.
• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.




• Deep knowledge of modern employment laws and HR best practices.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
