About the Role-
We are looking for a result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions in a fast-paced advertising, creative or production setting.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, solution-oriented and comfortable managing high-volume hiring requirements while balancing speed, quality and stakeholder expectations. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, a keen understanding of talent markets, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and external partners.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of hiring mandates, works with a sense of urgency and consistently delivers against recruitment priorities.

Key Responsibilities-
End-to-End Recruitment: Own the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing to selection, offer management and onboarding coordination.

Proactive Talent Sourcing: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant talent through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking and other sourcing channels.





Hiring Delivery & TAT: Drive timely closure of open positions by prioritising requirements, maintaining sourcing momentum and proactively addressing bottlenecks.

Quality of Hire: Evaluate candidates for skills, experience, role suitability and cultural alignment to ensure quality shortlists and effective hiring outcomes.

Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand requirements, align on expectations and provide regular updates on hiring progress and challenges.

Candidate Experience: Ensure timely communication, smooth interview coordination and a professional, positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Offer Management & Onboarding: Coordinate offer discussions, follow up on candidate commitments and work with relevant teams to facilitate smooth joining and onboarding.
