Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Aerospace Propulsion Engineer with a strong foundation in mechanical design, propulsion system components, engineering analysis, and testing. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, fabricating, testing, and qualifying propulsion system components while ensuring compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mechanical design, 3D modelling, engineering drawings, material selection, and component validation, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, fabricate, test,



and qualify propulsion system components, ensuring their reliable performance and suitability for space applications.
• Perform component and part design based on technical requirements and design inputs, including mathematical calculations, engineering documentation, and design drawings.
• Participate in the design, construction, assembly, integration, and testing of propulsion components and subsystems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to design, build, integrate, and validate propulsion systems and associated components.
• Ensure all design activities comply with applicable engineering standards, quality assurance requirements, design guidelines, practice notes, statutory regulations, and codes of practice.
• Select suitable materials for mechanical components, considering metals, insulators, plastics, connectors, gaskets, thermal interface materials, potting materials, and other relevan
