Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and working professionals.
✔️ Counsel candidates regarding training programs, certifications, career opportunities, and learning pathways.
✔️ Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable courses.
✔️ Conduct follow-ups through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
✔️ Drive admissions and revenue generation through effective sales conversion.
✔️ Achieve monthly enrollment, revenue, and conversion targets.
✔️ Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in CRM.




✔️ Build strong relationships with prospective learners and provide exceptional customer experience.
✔️ Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to maximize lead conversion.
