About the role
You'll take unclear problems and turn them into reliable, production-grade systems. You won't get a detailed spec. You'll get a problem, context, and the freedom to decide how to solve it.



You'll own the full lifecycle: understanding the problem, designing, building, shipping, monitoring and iterating.

We're AI-native. You'll use coding agents and agentic workflows daily to move faster, and you stay fully accountable for everything you ship.

We don't hire based on familiarity with a particular programming language, framework, or technology stack. We value strong fundamentals, problem-solving ability, learning speed, engineering judgment, and the ability to deliver working software.

What You'll Do
• Own features and services end to end, from discovery and design through deployment and monitoring
• Work across backend, data, infrastructure, integrations and AI-powered workflows, depending on what the problem needs
• Make and defend architectural trade-offs (performance, cost, complexity, speed)
• Debug production failures, find root causes, and improve observability and resilience
• Build intern
