One of our products, SportE, is an all-in-one sports facility management platform built to help academies, turfs, clubs and sports facilities manage their everyday operations better — from bookings and customer management to payments, memberships and more.
We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships and understanding what customers actually need.

The Role
As a Customer Engagement & Sales Executive, you will work closely with customers who sign up for SportE and be an key part of their trial and onboarding journey.
Your role will involve regularly checking in with customers, understanding their experience, collecting feedback, addressing concerns and identifying opportunities to convert trial users into paying customers.
This is a people-oriented role. Your ability to communicate, build trust,



listen well and have the right approach with customers matters more to us than simply having years of sales experience.
You will also play an important role in helping us understand what customers need from SportE. Your conversations and insights will be shared with our sales, product, design and technology teams and will contribute to how we improve and build the product.

What You Will Do
• Regularly check in with customers who have enrolled for a SportE trial.
• Understand how customers are using SportE and whether they are facing any challenges.
• Speak to customers about their requirements, experience and overall satisfaction.
• Build a comfortable and positive relationship with customers throughout their trial.
• Collect, document and communicate customer and product feedback.
• Identify customers who are interested or likely to continue using SportE and work towards converting them to a paid plan.
