Loylogic is looking for a highly hands-on AI Transformation Lead to help redesign how work gets done across our company. This is not primarily an AI strategy, research or advisory role. We are looking for a builder with a strong business and process mindset: someone who can quickly understand how work happens today, challenge it, simplify it and then use AI agents, automation and contemporary technology to make the better way of working a reality.

Working directly with the CEO and closely with the COO, you will have the opportunity to work horizontally across the organisation: Commercial - Sales, RevOps, Customer Success; Marketplace – Partnerships, Marketplace – Performance, Platform, and Corporate (Finance, PE, Legal). Our ambition is not to deploy AI for the sake of AI.





It is to make Loylogic a genuinely AI-native company and materially improve how we work.

Your mission

Your mission can be summarized in five words:
DISCOVER → CHALLENGE → BUILD → IMPLEMENT → MEASURE

• Discover — Get close to our teams and rapidly understand how our most important work actually gets done.
• Challenge — Identify unnecessary work, bottlenecks and complexity. Determine what can be stopped, simplified, automated or fundamentally redesigned.
• Build — Personally prototype AI agents, automations and AI-enabled workflows rather than simply recommending what somebody else should build.
• Implement — Work with our functional teams and Technology to turn successful prototypes into solutions that become part of everyday work.
• Measure — Demonstrate what changed: capacity created, cycle times reduced, quality improved, revenue opportunities enabled, costs avoided and other measurable business outcomes.
