Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build relationships with prospective clients for TecTigers’ IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online research.
• Identify prospective clients and connect with key decision-makers.
• Schedule client meetings and generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and position TecTigers’ IT services and solutions effectively.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and update all sales activities in the CRM.




• Work closely with the sales team to nurture leads and convert opportunities into business.
• Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation and sales targets.

Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, IT sales, or business development.
• Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in cold calling, prospecting, and client interactions.
• Strong lead-generation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach to work.
• Knowledge of IT products and services is an advantage.
• Experience using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and other lead-generation platforms is preferred.
